Pharmacy Weight Loss Usk is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic based in Usk, UK. We operate in accordance with all applicable UK pharmacy legislation and guidance issued by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
Our services are available to individuals who are aged 18 or over, currently residing in the United Kingdom, and able to provide accurate and truthful medical information. You must not use our services if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or if any contraindications identified during your consultation apply to you.
We reserve the right to decline any order or consultation request at our professional discretion, including where treatment is deemed clinically inappropriate. Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis by our registered pharmacist.
All prescription-only weight loss medications supplied by us require completion of an online medical questionnaire. This is reviewed by our GPhC-registered pharmacist, who will determine whether a prescription is clinically appropriate for you.
We do not supply prescription medicines without a valid, clinically justified prescription issued following assessment. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation is a serious matter and may result in harm to your health. We accept no liability for outcomes arising from inaccurate information submitted by you.
Prescriptions issued are valid for the period stated and cannot be transferred to third parties. We may contact you for additional clinical information before approving your order.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price confirmed at the time of your order will apply to that transaction. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the courier service used.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your medication does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly.
Due to the nature of prescription medicines and the legal requirements governing their supply, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed medications. Refunds will not be issued once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched.
If your order has not yet been approved by our pharmacist, you may request a cancellation by contacting us immediately. Refunds for cancelled pre-dispensed orders will be processed within 14 working days. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed.
